UNIQLO UT x Pokémon Red & Green - Watercolor Artwork Brings the First Generation Back to Life
Share
For Spring 2026, UNIQLO introduces a new UT collection inspired by Pokémon Red and Green, the origin of the Pokémon universe.

Instead of bold graphics, the collection features rare watercolor-style artwork from the early days of the franchise — offering a softer, more nostalgic interpretation of iconic characters like Charizard and Mewtwo.

A Nostalgic Take on Pokémon Design
These watercolor illustrations highlight an earlier visual language of Pokémon:
gentle lines, layered colors, and a hand-painted feel rarely seen in modern merchandise.
Even powerful characters such as Charizard appear calmer and more expressive, creating a wearable tribute to Pokémon’s beginnings.
